RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to shop with confidence at Valora Leather.

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    • Customized or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

To request a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Email us at Help@valoraleather.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
    3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it according to the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as this may delay your return process.
